Governance
Manobsur Unnayan Sangstha (MAUS) maintains a transparent, accountable and participatory governance structure to ensure strategic leadership, policy oversight and effective organizational management.
The governance system consists of an Advisory Council and an Executive Committee, supported by a professional management team responsible for day-to-day operations and program implementation.
Advisory Council
The Advisory Council provides strategic guidance, technical advice and institutional support to strengthen the mission and long-term vision of the organization.
