Education

Education is a fundamental human right and a key driver of sustainable development. However, in many remote and disaster-prone areas of Bangladesh, children and women continue to face barriers to accessing quality education due to poverty, social inequality, and limited opportunities.

Manobsur Unnayan Sangstha (MAUS) promotes inclusive and equitable education to empower children, adolescents, and adults—especially women and disadvantaged groups—so they can build better futures for themselves and their communities.

Our Education Initiatives:

• Support for primary and non-formal education programs
• Re-enrollment and learning support for school dropout children
• Promotion of girls’ education and prevention of early marriage
• Adult literacy programs for women and marginalized groups
• Life skills education and awareness-building activities
• Promotion of child rights and safe, inclusive learning environments

Through education, MAUS aims to create an informed, confident, and self-reliant society that can actively participate in social and economic development.
