Gender equality and women’s empowerment are central to the mission of MAUS. The organization addresses structural gender discrimination, violence and socio-economic exclusion faced by women and girls in rural Bangladesh.
Through gender-transformative and rights-based approaches, MAUS works to enhance women’s leadership, decision-making power and access to resources and opportunities.
